a dreamy intimate get away with the most important people

Anna and Bradley invited me to their intimate cottage ceremony to capture their commitment to each other with their parents. They asked specifically for the documentation to be done on all film, which we had a lengthly discussion on the ever-possibility of something in the process failing. The day was laid-back with the most perfect weather. Everyone was calm but excited. The day was simply a ceremony on the rocks as a commemoration of the life they intend to spend together, family photos in the dappled light of the trees, a jump in Georgian Bay, all followed up by margarita’s in the beautiful sunshine. It was an inspiring display of love and family, and with the medium of 35mm film, these photos came back from the lab even more special.
